I finally recieved my approval for interservice transfer in the Blue to Green program. This is the only thing I was awaiting so I could submit my package.

Now I have an issue and a question. My recruiter just went on leave and he is the Warrant Officer recruiter for this region in Germany. The website says the deadline for new packages is 1 Aug but he has told me that when he submits them they are admitted to the board no matter the date. I am not sure if hes blowing smoke or whatever. But he has assured me of this for months now even before I was on the wire for this board. Anyone know if there is any truth in this?
