I was wondering if a E-4 Promotable Soldier in the Reserves who was disenrolled from ROTC can transfer over to the NG and enlist as a WO Candidate for flight school.
Soldier is one semester away from having academic Junior status in college Spotless service record (no Article 15's, Counseling statements etc) GT score was a 94 (but he has college credits, is this waiverable? I believe if he took the test again he would score higher) Height: 5'9 Weight: 190 (that could change if need be) Passed dodmerb, I understand the flight physical is tougher. PT score: 250-260 I am trying to collect information for a friend of mine. Thanks |

For most states, they have to be a member of the NG first before putting in a packet. No transferring directly over.
No waiver on the GT. 94 is way too low for flight school. Have him/her re-take the ASVAB or the GT improvement test. Height and weight...well, if he tapes ok, then he's fine. |
