Does anyone know, I couldn't find anything on their web site? I was just wondering how often a new class begins training, so I could have some idea what kind of timeline I will be looking at.

IERW classes start every 2 weeks. Up till then, you are at the mercy of the scheduler for all pre-flight stuff.

I have not been accepted to WOFT, yet, Wink just trying to stay optimistic, while I wait on the board results, and weigh my alternatives.

Every 2 weeks! Holy crap, I figured with the small number of pilots going through, and the length of the course, they would start every 6 to 12 months. Well that throws that idea out the window.

How do you think Rucker keeps cranking out the pilots that they do? Keep the flow moving....that's the only way to turn out what the Army says it "needs".

Further, they are holding graduations every 10 days or so due to BOLC 3B being canceled. You take a PT test, sit in on a couple of classes, walk the stage and get the F*(& out!

Thank God, too. 20 months here is enough....

Ahhh ok. I'm up for selection as well this month for the civilian board. This your first or second look?

schro31185, I just got word from the Commander that Flight School is out of money. Without gas for the helicopters, all training is on hold indefinitely. That includes selection boards.

Must fly, I read your thread on the board interview, sounds like your went almost exactly like mine did. Was it in Nashville TN by any chance? Anyway this is my first time up, been putting it together for the past 14 months now.

Well it's true. Prop wash was the first thing to run out. And then there's the flight line... that stuff is expensive.

They're putting a padlock on the approach gate tomorrow.

Rotor wash? nah, it's too corrosive according to them. I think they're just avoiding the MSDS hassles...
