Being a new fiscal year, has the Army lowered the age requirement to 29 for WOFT?

That was one of the recommendations made by the CG at Ft Rucker earlier this year.

It was one of the recommendations that our illustrious CWOB made and shoved down the commands' throat.

Yeah, nobody likes him here....

It's still a good idea even if he's an a******. It will lead to a slightly younger pilot force and perhaps more years as an aviator since 60% of the WOFT slots are for prior service enlisted.

That's the same age requirement as the USAF. You can not be any older than 29 on your first day in AF pilot training. (29yrs and 364 days is ok)
