First of all, I would like to say Thank You for all the post! I have been lurking on here for Months. I am trying to gather as much information my little brain can handle for my husband. So onto the details...
My husband is prior service, got out in August 2002. Right before we had met. To make a long story short..We got married, had our kids. Now I know he is a true Good Ole Army Boy. So after 7 years of being out I said just do it! I know this is what you want. Go for it! Don't worry about me and the kids. I can hold this down. I am very knowledgeable and read beyond what anyone should to gain as much information as I can. I support him and his decision to be part of this family once again.
Now onto why I am here. He is working toward getting into the WOFT program. He want to fly but more than anything back his buddies in the Military. He knows its a long shot but he wants in. So, I am asking for advice, words of wisdom or any criticism you may have for him working towards his goal.
He is already working with a recruiter who by the way is wonderful. Hard to believe but this guy is amazing unlike the first one we came into contact with was a rear and told us "there is no way I am helping you"...But anyway I am here to help my husband so whatever you can offer I will take. Right now he is studying, watching his weight and exercising like crazy. He stays the course and does whats right in life.
Thank you for all the help. You guys are amazing. The information you have already provided has helped us tremendously and again I thank you. Thanks for not only helping us out but supporting our Country.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Bring these Soldiers Home! I support you!
