Quick question - how many flight hours will a new pilot have straight out of flight school.

I finished with 139.5 from the 47 course.... actual milage may vary.

Had about 135, some folks got more. Depends on what airframe you get and wether or not you need extra time/check early out of each phase.

Just enough to be 1/20th of your way to becoming an EMS pilot...give or take a few twentieths.
