I took the AFAST several years ago on Active Duty. I requested all of my records from St. Louis, and the only evidence I have of taking the AFAST is a hand-written score on my 2-1. S-1 is telling me they need the score sheet and that Rucker may have a copy of it. Does anyone know who to contact at Rucker? I checked out the Rucker directory, but didn't find anything apparent. If all else fails, I can start going down the list of numbers until someone points me in the right direction.
For future reference, I found the number for Rucker's Army Personnel Testing: (703) 325-3521
They're very helpful. They don't have the score sheet, but they found my score in the Big Book of Eternal Scores and are sending an official memo with the relevant info.
When you go up there and start the process in the MED section and there is a guy there named SSG Robinson, tell him you are a friend of mine, and need to be taken care of. He is my "brother" and will help you out. Doc Schaffer will be doing your eyes, and if you are lucky, the SMOKING HOT PA-Lieutenant will be doing the rest of yoru physical.
Hopefully the Same SF medic isn't there to give you the finger....enjoy that.
Good luck, man. Call me and let me know how it goes.
