I can't seem to get a straight answer to my question, maybe some one here can help me. I'm a civilian WOFT applicant and I need to know if I should submit my resume in a civilian or military format. I've talked to many different people and researched the internet for the answer and I've received conflicting answers. Please, can someone give me a solid answer?
Thanks

Keep in mind a resume is optional.

As a civilian applicant, it is up to you to use either the military format or a free format resume. I used a single-page free format.

No hard and fast rule for format here. Decide on a layout that works for you.
