Any applicant fully qualified/not selected for two consecutive boards will be considered not select/not competitive and may not reapply for one year from the date of the DA 61, IAW DA PAM 601-6, Ch2, para 6.
Applicants may request an exception to the one year wait period when more pertinent qualifications have been acquired. All requests must be routed through the applicants Company Commander or equivalent to the Warrant Officer Boards Branch OIC.
2–5. Resubmission Prior nonselection does not bar members from submitting another application. This is provided the person is otherwise medically, morally, and professionally qualified at the time of submission. Nonselected applicants may not reapply earlier than 1 year after the date of last application. They may reapply earlier when more pertinent qualifications have been acquired. They may also reapply earlier when vacancies for which that individual has not been considered are announced. However, this must have occurred after submission of the last application. WO applications requesting appointment with concurrent call to AD may be withdrawn by personal request through channels after receipt by HQDA. This is to permit the applicant to submit information about a major change in qualifications. Examples include attainment of an MOS related academic degree, change of grade, and completion of an MOS related resident military school course of at least 8 weeks. To reapply for a WO appointment, the requested MOS must be announced open for procurement (para 1–5b(4)). A new application must also be initiated for consideration.

Well good luck to you. Don't think we'll be competing against each other though since you are active duty. I still haven't decided what to do if I'm not selected. Either enlist in AD and try again down the line or try the NG route but not sure about that as I want to serve full time. But I'm also considering waiting the year and taking as many college classes as I can and obtaining my PPL but that is a more expensive option and doesn't guarantee my selection either. It's a tough call.

Not exactly the ideal candidate but who knows, gotta at least try.
Of course try, don't be disheartened, but your numbers are below most people I have seen selected. Heck my numbers are below most I have seen selected. My suggestion would be NG and then transfer to AD if you want a full time job... I'll pray for you buddy. Good luck.

I believe with a local unit you have a better opportunity to prove yourself, that you are fit for the program, and that you will contribute to the unit, the state and your nation ultimately. You will compete in a smaller pool of applicants, where maybe your stats will be the top. In AD, it will take you quite sometime to finish your training, go to your first unit, get promoted, and finally drop a packet. You just might the ideal candidate for your state if not AD at this time.
