I am an ROTC cadet, commissioning in August, and my state isn't taking any new LTs to aviation. I am still trying for AD, but I would be willing to try any state to get the opportunity to fly.

Does anyone know any states with slots? Would I just need to contact the states officer strength managers for each state?

Did you ever find an answer to this? I would suggest speaking with each strength officer - and following up doesn't hurt either. A slot may come up at anytime for various reasons.
