I read in the Flight School Applicants Refractive Surgery Fact Sheet that intraocular lenses (IOL's) are not allowed and no wavers are granted. Does anyone know if that policy has changed since January 2006, or if it is going to change in the near future? I believe I am a good WOFT, the only thing holding me up from applying is my vision.
