I am currently putting my packet together for 153A. I would like to know if anyone knows what are the chances for a prior service now civilian to get passed by the board.

There are so many variables there is no way to answer that question.

Do you have college? Flight time? How are your LOR's? Age? ASVAB? AFAST? Guard, active? Some of it is just dumb luck, who are you going up against for the current board.

I do know one thing with 100% certainty, your chance is 0 if you don't put in a packet.
