I'M GOING TO BASIC IN MARCH, AND MY JOB DESCRIPTION IS OPEN ELECTRICAL. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T PICK?

Are you going in Open Electrical or Open Electronics? There is a big difference. Open Electrical is basically electrician type jobs and Open Electronics are basically communications-maintenance related.

What are your interests? What do you want to do for a living? That's the question to ask yourself. Answer that and we can help guide you.

Going in Open it may not really matter. You will be lucky if you get more than one choice. I highly encourage you to get a guaranteed job first.
