I'm wanting to go to Thailand via Space-A for some dental work.

Ideally I'd like to travel from Hickam to Thailand by Space-A (around late march early April 2010). I'll be starting commercial from Hilo (Big Isle) to Hickam; short of Thailand I'm prepared to go commercial when necessary. Time is not a consideration.

What are my options?

There are no flights to Thailand from Hickam. You can look at going from Hickam to Yokota and then go to Singapore. Usually there is 2 to 3 flights a week from Yokota. Then get a round trip ticket from there through Air Asia or Silk Air that are cheap. That is probably going to be your best bet. it can be hard though because that is around the time of Spring Break in certain areas so lots of traveler's during that time. But also look at commercial tickets as well. Sometimes by the time you take the time and price it ends up being cheaper. I found a ticket in March from China or Korean Airlines for under $750 including taxes

Yes from Honolulu to Bangkok round trip including taxes. I found a ticket last fall from the East Coast to Singapore for $950 round trip as well. The ticket prices are low to some locations if you go in the right times.
