I am attempting to join the Navy and have about 10K in debts. I am enrolled with Care One and have a monthly payment plan to settle them. Is this the correct route or should I declare bankruptycy? And will this effect my ability to enlist?

Do NOT declare bankruptcy if you're on a payment plan already and can make the payments.
Bankruptcy can affect your type of clearance that you get, therefore limiting your jobs for the Navy.
