It didn't mention an anti-withdrawal feature. The CBU's we dropped late in Vietnam had some of the clusters that would drop as if they were duds. Many Vietnam military personnel would pick these up and place them in their packs/trucks/bikes/etc.. Then at various time elements they would explode. According to our clandestic source it took them a long time to pass the word around - - "No Touch"! |
