I agree about the fun summer, but the Sox are 1/2 game up. The Yankees lost today.

2.5 now... but as we "real" yankee fans can attest, this is a long season.... Oh, John Damon is a perfect fit for those pinstripes.

I apologize for my lack of proof-reading........I was watching gighlights of the red sox winning the world series and got distracted! Maybe there is a VHS around with Yankee Championship highlights.....I don't think there was any other technology around the last time they won!

And to clarify the other kind of confusing part...The AL East standings will be 1 red sox 2 blue jays 3 baltimore and the yanks and tampa will battle for 4 and 5.

Your a funny one. 26 years of fact and highlights (that is the correct spelling of that word)of Yankee World Series victories exist. Have you forgotten? You are probably one of those Red Sux fans that came about during their World Series victory. A stow away we baseball fans call'em. The type that come out once the ship has reached port. Compare our VHS and DVD highlights from the many upon many victories to the Red Sux's 86 years of NOTHING. Sorry BMCOA! Just trying to put a wannabe Red Sux fan below deck.
