I KNOW SOME PEOPLE LOVE TO WATCH BASEBALL BT FOR THE REST WE CANT WAIT. IM EXCITED TO ACTUALLY SEE SOME HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL THIS YEAR. LIVING ALASKA FOR 3 YEARS RUINED I DIDNT GET TO SEE ANY HS FOOTBALL THAT WAS WORTH WATCHING.
I'm just getting back into football mode now after being hockey-crazed what with the Pens' Stanley Cup finals run.
If it were up to me i'd ban just about every sport at the pro level except football and hockey. And i'm getting close to turning my back on the NFL too. The league is becoming the WWE and is an empty husk of what the game used to be. I'll be watching a ton more college ball than pro.
Wow metal, ur picking the charges to be in the super bowl? i still dont think they have enough of a passing game to get that far. im hoping and praying that the Steelers and Cowboys go. of course i also want the boys to win it.
As Long as Antonio Gates and LT are healthy I think they're fine. Having Gates healthy free up alot of room to the outside and their passing game picked up immediately when they brought in that dude from Miami. Not to mention they gave NE a hell of a game in the conference final with no LT, a hobbled Gates, and a QB essenitally playing on one leg. And they probably have the deepest roster in the league. I think this is their year.
I think the Steelers offense will do really well despite our O-line problems, but I have doubts about our defense. By all reports our young LB's Woodley and Timmons are looking like beasts in camp, but Casey Hampton showed up to camp weighing like 748 pounds. Our secondary is suspect and it remains to be seen how healthy Polamalu will be. There will be an ESPN special next friday at 7:30 about the Steelers camp. I just don't think we have the horses to make a serious run to the wire unless we stay really healthy and other teams get the injury bug.
It could very well be the Cowboys in the big one, but i'll reserve judgement until they actually win a playoff game. Plus, I have a feeling about the Saints this year.

Havent been underway just got through with a pcs move, the birth of me and my wifes first child so i really havent had to much time to get on. But when madden comes out ill be back. we will definetly have to play a game pittsburgh vs cowboys
