The recall button on my remote was burning up going back and forth from the 9th inning of the Yankees/Indians game and the last minute of the Cowboys/Bills game.
I thought the Bills were going to pull it out. If they would have just ran the ball at the end and settled for a FG, they would have most likely won. Shoulda, coulda, woulda...they lost. Nice save for Romo by the Cowboys.
I've seen countless better MNF games, but it was a good comeback nonetheless. Overall the game was really sloppy. If it wasn't for the last two minutes nobody would be talking about it......except to dissect "the next Brett Favre's" meltdown last night.
Dallas is lucky they pulled it out because it looked like T.O. was about to go mental and revert to his San Fran and Philly ways leading up to the last couple minutes.
And you gotta love that post-game interview with Romo. I think he's overhyped at this point but he's a genuinely likable guy with not a hint of ego to him. I hope he remains successful........except in games when the Steelers are on the opposing sideline of course.

"Due to the magnitude of this week's game and high volume of questions for the Original 81 about the other 81. I will be taking all questions immediately following Sunday's game.
"Sincerely, (followed by Owens' signature)
"p.s. Getcha Popcorn Ready."
This was on espn.com today. Glad to see that T.O. is not taking that bait, so the Patriots some extra motivation sunday.
"The Original 81".....nice to see that T.O. is still full of himself. Doesn't show much respect to all those before him that wore the number 81. What a moron.
One of my favorite players as a kid growing up in New England was Russ Francis....guess what? He was #81. I am sure all of us can come up with our own favorite #81 stories.
Your kidding right. There is no way anyone but a T. O. hater finds what he wrote there as being full of himself. I thought it was pretty darn clever to not say anything that would give the media something to go run a tell the patriots, so they can have that little extra motivation. T.O. could say I dont like dogs, but i really like cats and someone would have something critical to say about him.
IMO, no its not. He was talking about he is the original 81 compared to randy moss, who changed his number to 81. I dont see what the big deal in that was. He new they where going to ask him questions about moss, so he took the Parcells way of doing things and referred to himself and moss as 81. no big deal, unless your a T.O. hater!
I'm definitely a T.O. hater through and through, but I have no problem with what he said. But I DO think it's only a matter of time before he turns on Romo, it was about to happen the other night.
T.O. did look really fustrated after last weeks game. But i do not think he was about to turn on romo just yet. He might sometime in the next year or so. LT blew up on his QB this year and there was no big deal made about it. That is kind of funny to me.
That's because LT doesn't have anywhere near the history that Owens has with QB's. Jeff Garcia is a damn good QB and Owens had him run out of town in San Fran and sold the franchise on Tim Rattay. Then Owens turned on Rattay and facilitated his own departure from San Fran. Not to mention Owens tried insinuating Jeff Garcia was gay in his book. I don't have to remind anybody of what happened in Philly with Mcnabb. To me it looked like Owens was about to have another meltdown until the last couple minutes. He was on the sideline throwing his helmet down and standing behind Phillips yelling about something. If Romo has another couple of bad games I think we'll see the relationship sour. I hope not, because I'd hate to see Romo have to deal with that.......and it seems you'd have to be about the biggest kind of A-hole to not get along with a good guy like Romo.
NO LT, doesnt have that kind of rep (yet) with qb's but it will be coming too. They guy is a baby. Last year after the chargers choked against the patriots he got all upset cz the patriots where doing the lights out dance. Then he went on to cry about it in his post game interview. And as you said it looked like he was about to blow up but he didnt. I would be mad to when there was about 7 times i had my defender beat deep and the qb under throws me every play. He is a competitor and wants to win. And Jeff Garcia wasnt to good in detroit or Cleveland.
