Two of the top four teams in the NFL play on Thursday on the NFL network. This is going to be a really good game with the best teams in the NFC and the two best QB's in the NFC. Both teams are 10-1 and coming off pretty good wins a week ago. Whoever wins this game should control home field advantage throughout the playoffs. The only crappy thing about the game is that its on the nfl network and a lot of fans wont be able to see it because their cable company doesnt provide the nfl network.

So with that said, who do you think is going to win this game?

Does begging and pleading count as foreplay?

I'm going with Dallas just 'cuz it's a home game and they have more to lose than the Packers. Home field is more important because no one wants to travel to Lambau in January and have to play.

Off topic a tad but I'm not going to pay/subscribe to watch a football game on PPV tv!! I was bummed when I found out the Indy game was on NFL Network. Mad However ya gotta draw the line somewhere!

BTW....I'll take the Pack on this one!

It is BS that this HUGE game will be on the NFL network. Thankfully I am on the road and will be able to catch it at a local place.

As much as it pains me to say this, I think the Cowgirls will win. They have a better running game and that will make the difference here.

I think it will be the Packers. A rematch of the Packers and Patriots in the Superbowl.

Being from Texas, I have been a Cowboy fan ever since they dominate the playoffs in the mid-90s.

It must suck not to have your local cable provider put it on basic cable plan. I know my cable provider does. Good ole GCI in Alaska.

I have to pay $7.95 for the Sports Package which includes Fox Sports and NFL Network. The way they sell it is it also includes Turner Classic Movies and FXM. So in order to watch commercial free old movies I keep the sports package. The announcers suck as does some of the camera work.

Pats vs. Giants are on the NFL Network for the final game of the year.

I wonder how they got to happen? News reports said that NFL wouldn't allow local stations in Green Bay and Dallas to air the games.

I'm uspet this game isn't being taken off NFL Network. If they think this kind of stuff will stimulate subscriptions to that channel I think they'll be sorely dissapointed. Oh well, guess i'll have to catch the highlights because I sure as hell am not paying to watch it PPV.

I'm basing that on when the Patriots play Monday night football on ESPN, the game is blacked out on ESPN (we see ESPN News) and the game is shown on Channel 5 locally. You're right though; when it comes to the NFL Channel on PPV, I could definitely be wrong.

I watched the game lastnight. It was my first NFL network game and I came away VERY UNIMPRESSED!! The Commentary was terrible. I did'nt think it would be that bad but Collingsworth sucks as an announcer they were both really bland. And the camera angles did stink.
Not to mention I wish I could have watched Farve play the full 60. Exciting dude to watch and very refreshing to see a guy with that much time play and have so much fun still.

I hated how they kept calling the Cowboys the Packers. it was really getting on my nerves. The commentary sucks, they need to pull some guys away from espn to do their commentary.

I hate to say this but the Cowgirls are making a believer out of me. Romo seems like the real deal. He makes the game look so easy to play and he is very calm under pressure. Damn him, he must be watching tapes of Tom Brady.
