The Giants are running up the score on their opponents and NO ONE is complaining as they did last year about the Patriots. 41-13 in week two… they’re up 37-6 right now. Why no whining this year? Where have y’all gone?

When the evil Patriots are running up the score, it's bad. When the angelic Giants are doing it, it's okay.

Did the Giants leave in their starters for the 4th qaurter? Nope.

Were the Giants going for it on 4th down in the final minutes of a blowout game? Nope.

Were the Giants airing it out late in the 4th quarter of a blowout game? Nope.

Little bit of a difference between the Giants on Sunday and the Patriots through numerous games last year.

It's not considered running up the score when you beat the NFC West teams that bad.

Everyone runs up the score. The point is that people shouldn't cry when it happens. Did the Patriots run up the score last year? Damn right they did. I wish they did it every game, because the bottom line is that when you run it up, it means you're winning! The only reason that it made people mad last year was because the Patriots have turned into the team that people love to hate. I hated the Cowboys in the 90's and the 49ers in the 80's for no other reason except that my team wasn't dominant like they were. Sometimes it's okay to admit jealousy.

Scoring points is part of playing and winning in all sports, especially professional sports.

If there is no Mercy Rule no score is high enough. You keep playing until the clock runs down, or the last out is made.
