As much as I can't stand OJ, I too was wondering about the recording. It adds to the suggestion that he was set up.

He was definitely set up, but he still did the crime. I highly recommend reading "If I Did It". It's a very engrossing read where he basically tells a chilling account of how he killed Nicole and Ron......there's nothing "hypothetical" about the way he tells it except to throw a single sentence out there right before he details the killings. I read it when it was leaked online a couple months ago. I reviewed it pretty thoroughly on the Soapbox if anybody cares to dig it up and check it out.

I think O.J. will get away with this. Wether it was a setup by the cops he will get off for Entrapment I do believe. If infact his items were stolen from what I heard in the recordings they were then he should also be let go on that account. If he was "set-up" by a friend and brought a gun and the items were not stolen then he is screwed..
