Lots of rival games this week, including my beloved Steelers facing the hated and reviled Cleveland Clowns. Here's to hoping for another complete and total beatdown of our division rival on short week after doing the same to another of our division rivals. Seriously, if that Steelers-Ravens game had taken place on Sunday TWO Ravens defenders would've been featured on Jacked Up in the #1 and #2 slot courtesy of the best blocking and posession reciever in the history of the NFL.......Hines Ward. He decleated two different Ravens on primetime. Now, back to the game.

Yes, I know Brady isn't starting but the point is crystal clear. Go Steelers!

Oh, and for those who want to see what a REAL wide reciever does when the ball isn't thrown his way.......watch this brutal shot on Ed Reed:

Well Brady does pull some high class tail. But, unlike Big Ben, he isn't smart enough to put a sock on the pickle. Ben won't have any multi-million dollar paternity suits filed against him, or have to pay out millions over the next 18 years to these women that have custody of his offspring. Tom Brady is the Britney Spears of the NFL, and these women are his K-Fed. Big Grin

Hey Metal, Tom knows enough to say off the motorcycles, though! Heck, Ben didn’t even know enough to wear a frigging helmet while riding a crotch rocket! If I had my choice, I’d rather have sex without a helmet than crash a motorcycle without a helmet. But that’s just me.

Do you hate all Patriots or just the coach and 1/4back?

Hey, i'm not the one who brought Brady into the discussion. And yes, it's true Ben was idiotic riding w/o a helmet. But he at least learned his lesson. He isn't riding the bike anymore. Brady was still banging without a jimmy after the 1st pregnancy. Wink

Due to my hatred of Belicheat and the fact that I don't want him to be successful, I have no choice but to root for the Pats to be unsuccessful as well. I don't hate Brady, but i wouldn't find it a bit unfortunate should he get his knee folded and have to sit the remainder of the year....because w/o Brady Belicheat is nothing.

That’s exactly where you and I part ways. I would never wish anyone ill will. I never get happy seeing someone seriously injured. I would never rejoice seeing a professional athlete getting carted off the field. I do not celebrate in the misery of others... especially over sporting events.

I am tired of seeing Payton Manning on commercials every 5 minutes but I’d never wish him harm. I think TO is a complete and utter moron but I want him to remain healthy. I didn’t like Bill Cowher but always wished him well. There are a lot of teams and players that I don’t like but I want to see them beaten on the field and hope they are healthy enough to walk off the field after their defeat.

I don't "wish" it on him at all, I simply wouldn't feel a bit bad for him should it happen.

It still blows my mind that Eli (nice name by the way, his parents should've just named him Cletus and gotten it over with) didn't want to play Marty Ball in San Diego and hand off to LT. I'll bet any money he regrets that decision with every fiber of his being. And i'm sure his father feels like a total dunce for steering him down that path.

The Rams looked great yesterday, that's the way I had expected them to play coming out of the gate this year. Holt got me some nice fantasy points.

How about them Steelers Confused

They looked like crap against that power house of a team called the J-E-T-S (suck, suck, suck 2-8).

If they show up to Foxboro and look like that in December, it is going to be another laugher for us PATS fans.

I can't believe the Jets sacked Roethlisberger 7 times! They obviously did their homework during the bye week. Maybe Mangenius took a page from his old mentor BB and used the film. Razz

Yep, the Steelers came out flat on Sunday no doubt. They seem to lack focus and consistency. And i'd like to see an O-lineman taken in the first round of the 2008 draft. There are gonna be some good ones available. But you better hope they don't come out looking like the team that played Baltimore on Monday night a couple weeks ago. Man, Pats fans are just getting cockier and cockier. It's almost as if New England sports fans have been deprived of success for so long they have no clue how to handle it now that they do have it.

And remember boys and girls, the Pats are only one key injury away to Moss or Brady from it all coming crashing down. You guys aren't exactly world beaters on defense enough to compensate.

Don't PATS fans have a right to get cocky? The way they are blowing out teams, I would say that they are in a league of their own, right now. Oh and the PATS don't have to be world beaters on defense. No one can stop the offense.

With a win over Philly tonight, the PATS will clinch their division. They are by far the most superior team in the NFL this year. They are the real deal on offense, defense, and special teams; probably the most dominate team in NFL history.

That said, it not about winning the championship, it's how they do it. It's about sportsmanship, gamesmanship, honor, respect, humility and above all class. The 2007 Patriots and their fans display none of this. Quite honestly, it's a shame as they are such a talanted team.

What's really surprising is that after 86 years of the Red Sox not winning the World Series and the hate felt for the New York Yankees, one would think Patriot fans would at least display humility when saddled with the best team in NFL history. Instead, they lower themselves to the level of big mouth Yankee fans screaming to the world "look at us" and "to hell with you". It's disgusting!

I believe in karma and that nobody is bigger that the game itself. That is why I predict the Patriots will finish the season 17-1. Yes, they will lose the AFC Championship game and the team that beats them will be the team with the best record in the NFL. Wink
