Yes, Dress Whites and Dress Blues are still going to be worn. I assume you are asking this because of the new "black & tan" service uniform. That is replacing Summer White and Winter Blue. Those are different from the dress uniforms. Summer White and Winter Blue have button-down shirts and regular slacks. They are sort of an "in-between" uniform. They are dressier than the working uniforms, but less formal than dress uniforms. Dress uniforms are the cracker jack style jumpers with bell-bottom pants.
The new uniform sorta looks like the marine uniform. If I had a say (I don't of course) I would just use the working blues instead of the new style. The working blues have always been a favorite.

The Navy being the Navy, all you'll have to do is stick around a few more years, and the uniform will change back..
I'm sure going to miss my CNT whites with my shiny new crow on them. Especially here in the South Carolina sun, i'm dreading the changeover from whites to salt and peppers.
