Can someone help me with locate family members? How do I go about this? All I know is that they were stationed in Washington State. I would like to know how to find what ship they are on and how to contact them please help me? Kirk and Peter Rutter from Lakeside Oregon! My name is Kevin Kirkpatrick their cousin!

As much as this may hurt, they may not want to be found. Any reason they wouldn't want to contact you?
