after they leave kuwait, and get to their post iniraq, how soon do you hear from them?

I think it depends on there unit, My DH just left Kuwait and is in Iraq, he caught me online, the day he got there, But he's not at the post where his mission is yet, and what i heard it might take awhile before we hear from them again as they have to get settled in first, even then who knows if they will have internet or what.

It could take a while. anywhere from a day until a week or two later. I have heard of even longer.

Yep,like the ladies said...it can be a day or a week,just be patience.

I agree with the rest of the posts. It can take a few days to a week. If they took their own laptop with them it can be about four days.
