Prior service army for about 17 years . I have a RE 3 JFL and been cleared through VA and MEPS . But everytime it gets to Ft Knox it gets kicked back . I would like to know what I need to do to return to duty . Can anyone Help me . Thanks

What is the nature of your MED/PED??

I was medical discharged on Oct 12 2005 . I had a lumbar fusion on Sept 2002. When I was at Ft Hood the Col was weeding through all profiles .

When you say it gets to ft. knox do you mean the recruiter sends up your intial med screen form and then it gets kicked? And, have you had a chance to get to MEPS?

yes, i have been to MEPS, they send up my packet where it says recommend waiver, have been cleared by VA, documents from my last two jobs showing my physical demands. but they say it is a aotumatic DQ for lunbar fusion. it is only automatic DQ by regulation if I don't get my waiver
