Hi, I was told that I am DQ's due to this new reg that came out. I have searched it online and find nothing. Can anyone give me advice on how to find it so I can read it or even a link to it?

Here is a list of the 29 States/Territories that have authorization to utilize the selected recruiting levers as described in SMOM 09-187:

5. California
6. Delaware
7. District of Columbia
8. Georgia
9. Idaho
10. Indiana
11. Iowa
12. Kentucky
13. Louisiana
14. Massachusetts
15. Maryland
16. Maine
17. Michigan
18. Missouri
19. Nevada
20. New Hampshire
21. New York
22. North Carolina
23. Oklahoma
24. Rhode Island
25. South Carolina
26. South Dakota
27. Tennessee
28. Virgin Islands
29. Virginia


The authorized levers include:

* Cat IIIB enlistments (no bonus)
* Medical waivers
* TAG level conduct waivers for all categories excluding juvenile or adult felonies
* Max initial enlistment age: 42


Caveats:

* This allows the State to process the listed waivers; it does not mean that your particular waiver will get approved
* This policy only in effect until 30 September 2009, at which point it'll be re-evaluated
* Applicants that enlist under this policy document must ship NLT 1 December 2009


Its a reg that lets specific states process waivers for 4 listed categories if they are 1.5% below projected end strenght requirements.
