With all the Gay threads and the Gitmo detainees having rights......we knew it couldn't be long before they wanted to get married. How will this effect their militaty/terrorist service? Will moslim laws allow and accept their marriages?

Can they adopt and register their dependents for benefits?

Will they collect social security, unemployment benifits and other entitlements?

If we deport them will it be because they are gay...not white...a terrorist?

It's probably not a good idea to title the thread this way. And habeas corpus is not exactly a one-way, non-stop ticket to prisoners having benefits, wages, and other things that free people are entitled to. Habeas Corpus is for those who are not free, so that they may regain that freedom in the absence of criminal charges and/or convictions.
