There's a Maj Robert D. Hawkins (ret), who lists Pensacola, FL as his address. He's the only retired field grade Bob Hawkins listed. Looks like he was an arty type, though.

Can you tell if he was USMCR or not? If so, may be the same. Not sure what the Major's primary MOS was, though he was working as an 0402 (Combat Cargo Officer for CTF 76) while I knew him. May have been a secondary MOS.
Probably not him. The one I refer to above was an 0802.
There's a couple of Robert Hawkins's who are 0402s, but they're still on active duty. The most senior of them didn't join until 1990 (damn, that makes me feel old).
