I'm trying to put a 50th birthday surprise/reunion together for someone who graduated from DI school in October 1987. Name is Sgt. Michael Stankewicz. He served as a DI until June 1989. I guess it was just a two year tour back then versus three??? I'd like to find a few old buddies or anyone who knew Sgt. Michael Stankewicz that could make this a nice surprise. He was also a cook for many years. Served from 1980 to 1993. He was in Okinawa in the early 80's. He loved his DI tour most of all, so any help would be appreciated!
