Looking for Gunny Sgt FEENY, circa 1965, father of at least 7 kids, one boy and 6 girls. Instructor in Phase 1 ATA NATTC.
Looking for CAPT. Zuck, circa 1967, Phase Officer for ATA school
Looking for CWO4 HART? Relived me as Phase school OINC 1972, NATTC.
Looking for the MASTER Sgt NCOINC for Phase 2 Receivers, circa 1971, NATTC Mfs.
These USMC folks may have been scratched over the years, but remain in my memory.
end

Maj Walter Zuck retired from the Marine Corps in 1972, and lists Clinton, MD as his residence.

If you think it may be him, operator assistance for that town might be able to get you a phone number.

No info on the rest.

Good luck.

This is my Capt Z. He was the Phase 1 Div OINC when I made WO. Circa 1967, so a retirement date of '72 is about right. I lost track after the Nam deployments, so wasn't sure if he made the trip. The other USMC Marines were not on the Wall, as far as I know, so the search continues.

Still searching for Gunny Feeny, Turned up a thread on him, here in NSA Memphis, but a dead end.
Question, Is there a USMC or BUPERS source for deceased personnell?
The folks I knew were near the end of thier careers and may well have passed over to the gates.
Gunny Feeny, CWO4 Hart, are the ones I have on the posts for Lost Buddies.

I'm sure there is someone tracking deceased retirees (because they're listed in the retired newsletters), but I'm not entirely certain who that person would be.

I get one periodically, but after I flip through it I usually make the mistake of leaving it laying about - which makes it fair game for the wife to store/file/dispose of...

I'll try to remember to hide the next copy and see what info may be gleaned from it (a POC? a phone number?)
