Hi, I know a Manny Vega in Quantico. He was a DJ for the Clubs of Quantico and for the Marine Corps Marathon. We called him DJ Manny V. Im not sure if he served at Gitmo, but he retired from SYSCOM in Quantico, VA in 2003 0r 2004. It might be him.
