last i heard he was on the East Coast and was in charge of a Recruiting Center.

No one by the name of Shane Tomko in the Corps, but there is a Major Todd S. Tomko at Quantico. Many folks use their middle name, so it may be him.

Prior enlisted, he was a lieutenant from '92 to '96.

Appears to be a student at the Command and Staff College in Quantico. As such, not certain what his access is to e-mail. But if you wanted to use the operator for information assistance for MCB Quantico, and then call the Command & Staff College, they might be able to put you in touch with him.

yes Todd S Tomko is his name. He was my Lt at Camp Lejeune, NC.

He was a Captain when he was my Company Commander for the Enlisted, now Combat, Instructor Company at The Basic School. He's a mustang. A good officer. I'd like to talk to him also.
