need information about a Sgt.Tom Jernigan that was in Yokosuka, Japan 67-69 or about that time if he retired and retired at what base? Can contact me at fortneyjr@msn.com, we have been unable to locate him as we are not sure if Tom was his real first name or not. It was all we knew him by. Thanks for any help. Marvin

Unfortunately, while there are a few retired Marines from that time frame who have the last name of "Jernigan", none of them have a first name or middle initial that begins with a "T".

CWOSKI,
We have been trying to locate a Sgt Tom or Thomas Jernigan who was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan from 1967-1970 timeframe. He worked as a Brig guard. There is a Tom Jernigan listed on Military.com. Could you also find out if a T. Jernigan was medically discharged/or retired form the Marine Corps. Tom had a problem with an ankle. Semper Fidelis, Marvin
