Depends on you. What are your likes/dislikes? ROTC is only a way to get commission in the military. The natural end result of ROTC training is a commission in one of the military services. So, what you really should be asking is "What's the difference between being an officer in the Army and Air Force and what makes each better?"
Your question is very broad and you may want to check some of the other discussions on the above in some of the other forums and then ask some more specific questions.
I like physical training & hard work. I look forward to that kinda stuff. However, education is important to me, and I've been told that the airforce has a reputation for setting higher standards intellectually speaking than the other branches do. And also that when their members deploy, they usually only stay in areas like Iraq for 4-6 months max. I'm not complaining about the way the army does it, but that is a bit more appealing to me.
So yeah, that's a good question, what exactly is the difference between being an officer in the army and an officer in the airforce? Especially when you're just starting out aa a 2nd LT.

You'll need to ask that one in an AF Forum and again in the Army Forum and compare answers.
As coolgreany said, you really need to make most of your decision on which branch you want to be an officer in once you commission. However, I am entering my 4th year in AFROTC, and have many close friends, and long time girlfriend in AROTC, so if you have most specific comparisions you'd like to know, feel free to email me.
Hi, I was interested in joining the AFROTC or the AROTC too. Do both of these have careers in the biomedical field because that's what I want to do. Also, what's my chance of being able to do that in the military? Thanks.
