I am currently an AFJROTC Cadet Second Lieutenant. First off, let me explain that I understand that JROTC is completely different from ROTC. I've spoken with Officers that have gone through ROTC and current Cadets in ROTC and they all say that it is not for the unfit and weak minded.
After I graduate High School, I plan on either going to the Air Force Academy (if I'm accepted) or more likely taking AFROTC in college. I just had a few questions and any answers would be great.
1.) Is prior JROTC experience a qualifier for advanced plancement in AFROTC?
2.) What are the PFT standards in AFROTC?
3.) If you wanted to become some type of pilot after Commisioning, is there any additional training you can or must go through in AFROTC?
4.) Is there any additional information I should know before stepping into the world of AFROTC?

1. Yes, but i would definitely not pull that move unless you needed to in order to graduate on time. It is also at the unit commanders discretion, so unless you started ROTC as a sophomore, they would probably deny the advance anyway.
2. 1.5 mile run, 1 minute of push ups, 1 minute of situps
3. No
4. Don't expect to do better because you were in JROTC... Most of the JROTC people at my school ended up dropping out after telling everyone how much better they were because of JROTC... They are NOT the same thing. Use what you learn in JROTC as a base, but be ready to brain dump anything you learned that isnt what they want you to know in ROTC. And when your flight commander says, do this, it is almost always a bad thing to say, "well in JROTC we did it like this..."

No specific training, but you should do well (GPA, PFT, commander's review [not sure of the exact term]) to ensure your order-of-merit rank is high enough to get a pilot slot...then get ready for 1-2years of pilot training.
worry about your OM score (order of merit) once your in ROTC..
Actually, just do your best, and keep good grades your first couple of years, and then start worrying about your OM and a pilot slot at the end of sophomore year, start of junior year... no need to worry about it before then, and it might actually hurt you if your to focused on that and not what is happening to you at the time.
