The whole "be less than 31 years old as of December 31 of the year you will commission" doesn’t make alot of sense to me... I will graduate in may of 2010 with a dual russian/spanish foreign language degree, but i will have turned 31 in march of 2010. I have also served 7 years active duty enlisted. Am i too old for a scholarship, or is an extension available? Thanks...
