What do you wear when doing the PFT runs? Is it running shoes and shorts or do you wear boots and long pants? I'm running in running shoes right now but I'm wondering if I should get used to running in boots.

right now it is the AF PT uniform, shorts, t-shirt running shoes and if need be wind breaker and pants. If you are going into your freshmen year, just run in what is comfortable (not boots) At most places the only yitme you run in boots is with a Detatchment wide "Warrior run" or during yout Prep for Field Training.
