I understand that you fill out a letter that is send but I'm paranoid about letters not making it. My parents and family live in England and all over Europe and getting their addresses into the system when I was enlisting was a....testing activity.
Especially for my Mom and Step-Dad, they'll have to be getting themselves and my 4 year old brother, 2 year old sister and by then about 5 month old brother all ready. So I want there to be ample time for that.
To reiterate, am I going to have an opportunity to call and be sure that they are aware of my graduation date?

Yes you will get to make a few phone calls and you should find out when your grad date is after a few days of being there.
