Basic Training |
I bought the pro push up deluxe which is basicly a rip off of the perfect pushup but hey it was 20$ cheaper.
But anyways this one doesnt come with a 21 day workout chart or anything and was wondering what would be a good workout plan with these. |

off the top of my head, i would do it with a buddy. count from 1 - 5 and back down. then progress to 1 - 10. to clearly explain it.
you do one, then your buddy does one. then you do two, then you buddy does two and so on. if you can incorporate it with dips. that will kick you ****. if you don't have a friend start the three sets of ten. |

I have the Perfect Pushup handles. What I do is sets of 25 (gotta work up to that). I usually max my push-ups, but two sets of 25 will kick my ****.
They also help your form, too. So do as many reps as you can. Then rest for a couple minutes, then do another set of the same (or higher) number of reps. Build the number of reps and sets and soon you will have no worries about push-ups. Good L***! Matt SPC, US Army 15U |
