I am really new at this and I actually just posted a fairly long message about an hour ago but I just remembered something that I wanted to ask?
I am having trouble losing weight I am about 5 pounds away from where I need to be is there anything exercise wise or food wise that I can do that will help lose the weight quicker? Thanks for the help! |

...and you put it in a very odd place. Have you taken the ASVAB yet? The scores there will determine what jobs you are qualified for A 'Dreamsheet' is just that. Mostly there's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you want For losing the weight keep on exercising, and dieting. Stay away from sugars and fats. Ho fast food, or junk food. The weight will come off, the key is keeping it off |
