I've been doing some training at a local gym with a trainer. Getting me fit and trim. My question is do anybody else have the toots aka farts when doing situps?

What can I do about this. Since at boot camp I can't take beano or other pills for gas. What do I do just let it rip and hope no one hears it or smells it?

Has this ever happened before to any one else? I don't want to feel embarrassed.

Please only serious replys only thank you

Nope you're not the only person. It's actually quite common. As you compress your stomach, the air has to go somewhere!

Not to good for the person holding your feet though!

You think a case of the farts is bad I had one guy **** himself while I was holding his feet during a pft. Seen another couple do it during the runing portion. Everyone lets one out from time to time (farts that is) while at the right moment usualy is funny as hell its not something worth getting embarased over.

PT'ing on Monday morning was a way for us to sober up after a weekend of heavy drinking. Our insides were a mess, and we would fart all morning for the fun of it. Formation run was really smelly. I can go on and on with fart stories. So it's no big deal if you step on a duck.
