Is anyone in here familiar with the VA VOC Rehab Self employment program? I am going to be medically retired here soon and have heard that the VA has a program that, if qualified for, can help a vet get a small business started. I know they do not do loans but I heard they provide training and may help obtain certain items to get you started. If there is anyone out there who is familiar with this program as far as how it works and if it works, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.

The link is a good place to start looking for answers. But, get in touch with the VocRehab folks where you're planning to retire. You'll get all the info, and have questions answered, if you go to the horse's mouth, so to speak.
