We need 10,000 of this for defense against any or all possible threats . We need to be ready and prepared.

A. We don't NEED 10,000 F-22s.
B. We can't afford 10,000 F-22s.
C. OK it would be nice and neat to have 10,000 F-22s.
D. In the photo I could tell that for above views the paint scheme appears to be intended to blend into the haze and high altitude terrain camo, but the cockpit canopy appears to be the most visible thing. Has the AF considered re-tinting it so it blends in better, or has that been tried, and (maybe) discovered that the re-tint reduces the pilots clarity of view?
