Is there a way to take online CLEP's courses, either through the institute or other means? Or do we just have to pay a visit to the ISC ESO? Just curious.....

To expand on Master Chief's answer above, many of your test centers on Air Force bases have computer CLEP and DANTES exams. Many of your other testing sites are going to be paper based test stocking sites. Most of your NTC's are located at a college and are computer based. You can have your sitting fee reimbursed.
