Anyone out there using top-up? I just need to know if we fax our T/A form in now, or send it in the mail? Who's got the 411?

I mail it in for top-up. Make sure that you have a TA form with an actual signature, not the electronic signature or they will reject it.

With your TA authorization you can submit it through the VA's website. Once you get setup through the VA's online system you should be able to conduct all your Top-Up request online. Here is the link http://vabenefits.vba.va.gov/vonapp/main.asp
