Does anybody know of a good program for creating multiple choice test questions. I have been looking on line and there are quite a few but I do not know if they are any good.

I use a program called WebQuiz, my version is from 2002 but still fills all my needs. It allows you to create webpage type pages. Works well and will grade your progress.

You can get the HotPotatoes.

It's free for educational use and $$ for commercial use.

I've used that till I shifted to webquiz.

Both will randomize questions and randomize answers ... one of my main requirements.

If you want to see webquiz in action, visit either:

Good luck on creating your practice tests.

If you want to get fancy (and expensive), AUTHORWARE by Adobe is a pretty powerful suite to develop interactive taining modules. It has a quiz bank feature embedded in it as well.
