I get my tags from navy forms online. Google it and you will find the site. SK will have to set up an account im pretty sure. They also have your portable tool tags and all kinds of other goodies including NAVY forms that you can print off. Im at home right now so not sure about the shorting probe. Im away from the ship all this week, but if i remember and nobody has hooked you up yet i'll let you know.
Straight from the Electronics Manual M10550.25A "A shorting probe shall be located conspicuously and conveniently in all spaces where electronic equipment is installed. It shall be rated at 25,000 volts (NSN 5975-01-029-4176)." I all so get my tags from Navy Forms online (https://forms.daps.dla.mil/)
Josh, Before I left I put everything in the Y drive, including a list of everthing you'll need for cart and an excel file with NSNs, and all the damage control powerpoints including DCPQS book in PDF form, I passed it at quarters a couple of times before i left. Check out the Y drive on the server.
