'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.'

FACT

FULL QUOTE From Audacity of Hope:

"Whenever I appear before immigrant audiences, I can count on some good-natured ribbing from my staff after my speech; according to them, my remarks always follow a three-part structure: "I am your friend," "[Fill in the home country] has been a cradle of civilization," and "You embody the American dream." They're right, my message is simple, for what I've come to understand is that my mere presence before these newly minted Americans serves notice that they matter, that they are voters critical to my success and full-fledged citizens deserving of respect.

"Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific assurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." You're done, dude. You're voting Republican. But first, you must report to those officers and they will spank you silly.

Did you notice that last line? I think you missed the point. Time for that E-9 to switch places with you and that E-10 Barack Obama can only try to continue his sham.

Nite, (edited by Jerry G).

Donny, if you want to continue posting on these forums, you will forego with the name calling.

First, last, and only warning.

Jerry G

Perhaps you should read the constitution, before you swear to defend it.

Apparently, this dude read nothing beyond the opening posting of the thread. A Fox News man, if ever there was one.

Space, I don’t think that Sac meant that as an honest slam on McCain. I think Sac was using sarcasm as a tool to show how easily a bad rumor can be started. It would be a pretty good one, too. I mean, do you think McCain would deny it? And if he did, the left would not believe it until McCain dropped his pants as proof. And even if he did that, the left would say that he didn’t wear his Depends because he knew he was going to expose himself! And then they’d want him arrested for indecent exposure!

It really is a pretty good example!

Sac, if that was your intent, you did a great job! Classic! Applause

I'll take a bow on that one.....that was the intent....

cowboy don't get riled up if it gets to that point..... remember bushes camp in 2000 questioned mccains sanity and 2004 found lots of slings of mud at kerry's service.....so nothing will be off limits....the smart ones on here will try to run down the validity prior to buying in to it.......some just cant wait to post a rumor.....

have i been caught in the past passing what turned out false.....yep.....but i can honestly say before posting, i try at least to find out if it's valid.

Yep, she's a dutiful Republican wife, all right. She's got the same vacant robotic look in her eyes that Laura Bush has.

Jerry G,

Why do you come into my post and post as if it's me? Also, where is Sac's warning? If you look back, considering nothing has been edited on his part, do you see where he referred to me as "Fatboy?"

One should be fair and enforce for both.

Just because Obama is or was a professor Constitution Law does not mean he would defend it as President. Likewise, I would surely not serve under him as Commander in Chief, as I have stated in the past.

As I said, you can report me to higher up, where I surely do not report to you, and as a CIVILIAN, I surely do have the right to express who I vote for here openly. Notice that others who are enlisted, regardless of rank, are not permitted to do so.

It's you who lays on that gay thing. I am only advocating for your rights, albeit not being a liberal who is blind. And all this talk about cigars. Please. I recently quit smoking and you are an extremely bad influence. Surely, not somebody who I want as anybody who I report to. Surely, not your kind or type. You and your führer Obama can get bent.
